Sandia National Laboratories, TUV Rheinland, and the IEA PVPS are hosting the 4th PV Performance Modeling Collaborative Workshop in Cologne, Germany on October 22-23, 2015. I have attached the tentative agenda and am requesting proposals for presentations at this workshop. We have defined the topical sessions (see below), and are looking for inspiring talks that describe best practices, modeling innovations, model validation results, and ideas for new models that relate to the topical areas listed. While we allow up to one “marketing slide” the intent is not to use this time to promote your company, but rather to focus on the technical issue and solution. Each talk should be ~15 minutes with 5 min time for questions and discussion (20 min time slot). I am sending this to you because you are a key member of the PVPMC and we believe that you may either have a good talk to contribute or could forward this request to others in in your network who might want to contribute or attend.
To propose a talk for this workshop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and Ulrike.Jahn@de.tuv.com the following information by Fri May 22. We will let you know if your talk was selected a few weeks later. Space in the program is quite limited, so inclusion as a speaker is not guaranteed. Even if you do not get a speaking role, I hope you will still consider attending this important event. As attendees at previous PVPMC workshops can attest to, this is a great networking opportunity. Some of the best discussions occur during the breaks.
